I have ordered a 6255 All in one to replace my 6830. I ordered it on March 28th and because I didnt have the use of a printer I couldnt print out the details of the buy. Are you able to check if the 6255 has been processed for shipping please.

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?

Wirelessly.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

I dont think I ever have. I was getting a message that there was a problem with the print head. I troubleshooted and it still couldnt get it to work.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I just need to know if the 6255 I ordered is on its way. I have no #'s etc to refer to with the purchase.
