My Dell C1765nfw printer...

My Dell C1765nfw printer is displaying error msg 077-900 - Paper Jam, although I removed the paper at the time and have confirmed there is no paper anywhere in the printer. Is there a way to clear that error msg? Robin

Technician's Assistant: Is your C1765NFW displaying the error on all print jobs, even after you restart it?

I've updated it since the problem started.

It's a hardware issue, so I don't think remote access would help

With the printer powered on, remove the power cord from the back.

Wait 2 minutes

Plug back in the power cord and power it on

Never mind. The model alone should tell you it's an older model. Thanks anyway, but I'm way ahead of you in this troubleshooting.
