Having trouble printing documents...

Having trouble printing documents with the black ink I replaced all cartridges in the black one twice I can print photos with the black working but it won't print document black very faded

Technician's Assistant: Are you getting any error messages? Are you able to open the lid that covers the cartridges on your printer?

No error messages yes I can open the lid

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

I can't get this in particular document on my iPad because you're not connected anymore but whatever document I had on my iPad came out correct

I couldn't open a document on my iPad but I tried something different I ran it through the PDF viewer instead of the printer and that worked now I have to go out and buy more ink because I used all the color and it won't print the document that I wanted

If the PDF works on the phone the issue is the document, and not the phone, have the person resend or recreate the documents then try to print
