HI, I have an Epson WF Pro 3720; I keep getting the message "Turn on the Printer again. See your documentation for more details." I have tried turning off the printer and turning it back on several times. I changed the ink cartridge yesterday and this has been happening since then.

Since yesterday when I changed the ink cartridge.

Can you fix or not? Every time I turn around there’s an additional charge.
