I have a new Acer 1080 laptop. On March 13, 2018 ACER helped me install my Canon MG5300 printer and it WAs working perfectly. This is a wireless printer. Now I can't get a document to print from the computer. HELP!

This is very misleading! I went to the Canon website "thinking" I was getting a technician for Canon printers. NO......I will not grant your access! Thank you very much and I am sorry for the time! I will not be using this Just Answer!
