It started yesterday. I had never had any problems previously. It is just 3 months old.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

I have tried several things and even talked to canon people online yesterday and got disconnected.

Sometimes the devices can connect to other wifi opening networks. please check your settings on the ipad

After you confirm it is on same network. Please turn off printer and Ipad. Restart printer first. and after printer has came on line then restart Ipad. Come back let me know results

And that is what is on both the printer and Ipad. You can try forgetting the network on the Ipad and re-enter the password. let me know what happens
