I am back. Have the printer that isn't printin.
JA: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?
Customer: I guess usb. I have a laptop that its connected to. Not to cell. I got a new router and since then I'm unable to print. It will scan though.
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: I haven't.
