I am back. Have the printer that isn't printin.

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?

I guess usb. I have a laptop that its connected to. Not to cell. I got a new router and since then I'm unable to print. It will scan though.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

I haven't.

And I would like to know how is the printer connected to your computer?

Is it through USB or through Wi-Fi?

Canon 6620. I guess USB. My computer is a laptop. I do have WiFi.
