My Brothers laSer printer...

My Brothers laSer printer keeps telling me to change the drum and won'T function some times after i change it 6 or 10 times it works for a while .The drum I have in it is new today and I put in a new one a couple of weeks ago.

I gave you too many c in the model number. yes I opened the lid , but I don't see that that gave me any access
