My printer will not print. A couple of days ago, I had to take a couple of sheets of tangled paper out. Since then, it will not print.l

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?

I am pretty sure it is not wireless.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

Not long ago. I just bought the printer last October.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
