PrintJobMgr stopped unexpectedly with status 255 message on my MacBookPro (10.11.6) with HP 7660 printer.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer or device are you printing from?

MacBookPro running 10.11.6 to an HP 7660

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your 7660?

Very recently. It first occurred when attempting to print a pdf on Saturday.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

It has been a while. I also ran into the same problem when trying to print the same document from our older eMac running 10.4.11.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I am going to the printer wirelessly through the eMac since our printer does not have wireless capability.

I still need help. The problem is mainly with PDF's. I was able to print a jpeg and a Textedit document.
