Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Is this a photocopier or a desktop printer?

Remove the toner from the photocopier and wipe it down along with the area the toner goes in.

Once done, let it dry for 5 minutes, then put the toner in and tell me how it now functions please
