I would prefer you telling me how to do the operating system. I already paid a fee for getting an answer and now another 39.00 for the remote site. By the time this is over with I could be paying several hundred dollars

Can we please try the following:

Try powering off the printer, pull the power cable out of the printer, wait for 1 minute, then put the power cable back in.

ok I powered down and pulled the cable. Am waiting to see hat happens next.

no. its doing a set up procedure. Ok it just worked and is printing. Thank You.
