Since yesterday

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on your jo-1017

I finished the installation yesterday. I think everything is up to date and the printer is working fine.

I went back to the printer and followed the Quick Start directions again. For some reason everything went very well. I printed out the 318-page User's Guide and will look there for answers to my questions. Thanks for your inquiries but I don't think I need your services at this time. The device isn't broken and doesn't need fixing.Bill Friedman
