Hi I am getting a 5011 error. Have unpluged system reset system and error still occurs. MG6450 Model

Technician's Assistant: Is your printer displaying the error on all print jobs, even after you restart it?

Yes I turn it on and all I am getting is error 5011

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

Error 5011 is an ink carriage error.

Please open the lid and remove all of the ink cartridges then insert them back in -- Also, make sure there is nothing blocking the carriage from moving back and forth.
