Brother MFC 8710 DW

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Brother printer?

Just happened. Printed a few pages, then gave me the message. Nothing since.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

Not sure. Probably been a while.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I can troubleshoot the printer problem interactively with you. Since I have no idea why it stopped printing, I will have to go through your installation and probably uninstall and reinstall your drivers. It will be a lot easier and quicker if we establish a Secure Remote Assistance session. Do you want to go remote or continue interactively?

Thanks for the quick response. I was able to resolve the issue. I found that the fan blades were stuck with a piece of lint. I removed the lint and it cleared the problem. Working fine now. Thanks for getting back to me.Dave
