After 3 paper jams each following one another, my HP6510 registers the "out of paper" warning despite paper in the tray. I have cleaned the rollers & reset

Just tonight

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

OS up to date but not sure about the printer. HP "Doctor" program says all is OK - but it's not !
