Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your printer?

For a while. I haven't used it for years, but started needing it again. A technician diagnosed it instantly, but couldn't afford the repair at the time. I recently replaced the main fuser, but that wasn't; it. I just can't remember what the part was called.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

A while ago, but I have been using the same computer with it, and it has been exactly the same problem the whole time. Pretty sure it's a hardware issue. Something to do with the blue toner

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

It’s not a software problem. It is a hardware problem, if you don’t know the answer then yes I am done with this question and I will quit your service immediately. Useless.
