It is stuck on paper jam, but there is no paper jam. I have looked very carefully, and turned printer off and on. No luck.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Epson printer?

Too long. Over a month.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

About 6 months ago and that screwed up all sorts of things on my computer.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I don't think so. Do I pay for this service and how?

Unfortunately, it will need to be repaired under warranty if it is less than a year old or if it is over a year old, it will cost more to repair than to replace.
