It's old but has been working. Computer says it's working. But I can't open HP Solution Center and I can't scan to the computer.

Technician's Assistant: Is there an error code on your HP printer when you try to scan?

No

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

I tried just now.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

The HP app was working a week ago, but now says it can't be opened because the printer installation isn't complete.
