When I bring up a photo to screen shot text and go to print the preview only shows and prints 1/4 page on my wife Samsung it print full page

If you are on a windows computer, Click this link

Else for a Mac computer, Click this link

download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerQS.dmg

A program will start downloading to your computer (it does not open a webpage, but the file will start downloading to your computer).

Run the program and it shows you and ID and Password.

Give me the ID and Password ***** please so I can connect

Do not close the program but leave it open else I will not be able to connect

This is an iPad. Email: ***@******.***. Password *****

On the iPad hold the home and power buttons until you see an apple logo then release.

Then let the iPad restart and try to print

It only printed 1/4 page

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

I saw you ask if you are suppose to try and print, which was the case...

On the iPad go to settings, general, reset, reset settings

Then try to print and let me know the results

Looks like it prints from different ap

When printing, Swipe left on the bottom menu to reveal the print option and choose full size there

When you are on the page where you are selecting the printer to print to, it is on this page please you swipe to view the printer options.

We will need to do a full reset of the device, first backup any data from it you wish to keep

Then go to settings, general, reset, erase all content and reset settings (this removes everything from it)

Then set it up again and tell me how it then functions please

Every thing on this tablet and that is a bunch. If I do a total reset

I am not sure how to back up and be comfortable that I will not lose something
Will this fix the glitch in iOS 11 up date it seems to be a common problem. Seems it should be easier fix as it is apple problem. Not have to try as many things as you have already suggested
