Yes, it states I cannot connect to the SMTP server!!!!!

I just reloaded it 30 minutes ago!!!

You are trying to scan items to email from the printer. If you wish to do that, the configuration that is contained with the printer's configuration needs to be fixed.

May I connect with you remotely to troubleshoot the issue directly? When the remote session begins, we will be able to communicate back and forth via a chat window that will appear on your computer screen.
