I need to replace drum for HL-2360DW printer serial Number 63883B6N549490 printer. What I have to do?

I just started not printing a couple of days ago. Printer say "replace drum."

The problem was my order was put on a visa card last number 9071. I had disputed charges on this card and no longer used the card with that number. I could not find out how to eliminate that card and complete the order with a different card. I was able to complete my order with a different valid card this morning
