I had to do a "recovery" of my computer and now my printer can't connect.

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?

Wireless

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

I don't remember. I tried today, but I couldn't get the download to work.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I'm worried the driver might have been erased. Can that happen? i was iinformed during the recovery process that some programs could be lost.
