We have a VP-540...

We have a VP-540 and we are having problems printing... the status goes from printing to not connected.. does not do this all the time.. some days i can print all day and others (today) I print part of a job and it freezes up.

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?

We have tried both ways.. right now its USB

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

Im not sure. We have had out rep out and he tells me we are up to date

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

Well maybe, is this just something that happens after so long?
