Tells me I have "A Cartridge Problem'...."asks me to remove and its I incorrectly installed"....After a dozen attempts I've given up.
JA: What's the brand and model of your printer?
Customer: HP Officejet Pro 6968
JA: How long has this been going on with your OfficeJet?
Customer: 2 days.....I changed the three colors...They are dated July 2018
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: I don't recall....but probably 6 mo ago.
