I have just changed...

I have just changed my printer ink on my Epson 3640 WF. The copy part works but printing the doc is not working. Do I need to reboot my computer? I don't know what's up!

Technician's Assistant: Are you getting any error messages? If so, what do they say?

I was getting error messages about being low on ink, but nothing now since I put in the new ink cartridges.

Technician's Assistant: The last time you changed your cartridges, did you replace them with new ones or refill the old ones?

Do you see your printer in the print area? is it set to default printer? have you installed the drivers for the printer? is it WIFI or USB connected

Ok, here's the deal. I just printed a different do on my computer and it printed fine--in color. But the letter I just typed is the one that it won't print for some reason. I just sends out the page with some indistinguishable gray marks.

you rebooted still having same problem. you created a new doc. to double check. you previously said it had gray marks on the doc.

When I rebooted my computer, it kept all my googles stuff open. Is that a normal reboot? I wonder if it really rebooted?
