HP Laserjet P2035 will not collate multiple copies. I do not have the option to turn off Mopier Mode. Using Windows 7.

Since I got a virus in December. Virus was cleaned, but printer won't collate.

I have done that - deleted the printer and all associated files, then reinstalled the printer making sure that I had the most current printer drivers from the HP site. Re-installing did not solve the issue.

Ok, well it is happening with all programs, so it is not program-specific.

It must be related to the computer.

Have you tried printing from a different computer using the same drier to confirm that the printer and driver are both ok?

After the virus infection, how was the computer cleaned?

Some important files may have been corrupted or moved - is restoring Windows a possibility?
Or do you have another user account on your computer that you can try using to see if the problem also exists there?
