i was given a new computer that has no disk drive. I have managed to download the manual. However, I also need to download the onscreen menu, save scan to computer, and print preview and save to computer options.
JA: What's the brand and model of your printer?
Customer: Canon MP496
JA: How long has this been going on with your MP496?
Customer: I typoed. It is Canon MP 495. I tried downloading the disk a month or so ago on my network laptop. It could not locate the printer. I can print a file already on my computer, but cannot scan and save to this computer.
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Those are the questions I know how to explain. I don't seem to have the navigator program for the printer either.
