Technician's Assistant: Is there an error code on your MFC-9130CW when you try to scan?

No - And I tried to re-install the printer driver. I can print to the printer - but I cannot scan from the printer to my email

Nothing - it has worked successfully since I bought it 2-3 years ago - then it just stopped scanning to email or file about 2-3 weeks ago. I tried to reinstalling the printer driver - but that did not resolve the problem
