Can you please go to printer preference and see its set to color mode

To get back to Printer Preference,

1: Open Control Panel > Open Devices and Printers section

2: Right click Printer icon > Click Printer Preference

3: Click Color tab > Make sure printer is selected to print in color

Click Apply
