Epson Workforce 845

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your WorkForce?

I just started trying but I can oops. I can't quite figure out how to do it

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

I'm not sure. I just reinstalled the epson drivers in case there were any updates.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

No, but do I need to check to see how recently the computer was updated?

I think I did. I went to the epson site and reinstalled the drivers, which was the only option I could find

my computer says to only install the firmware if the printer's control panel displays a recovery mode error

Its connected to a network. I am trying to print from a pdf file from the Quizlet app

there are several utility downloads that are dated after the date of the printer driver download. Should I install these?

I think I am having problems because although the paper try has settings for 3.5 x 5 notecards, I can't seem to get the paper stoppers in the right position

I got the front page to print correctly. Do you happen to know if this printer will print duplex on this size of notecard?

Yes, correct, this printer does support duplex printing.

I did. I didn't realize it would print the first side and then I would have to flip it over and reinsert it to print the other side. I think I'm just going to have to play with it to get them to look the way I want them to look. Thank you for your help.
