My problem is with...

My problem is with my printer HP pro 6968. The black cartridge shows full on the test, but it does not print in black. I have done the head alignment.

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?

It is my HP PRO printer 6968. It will not print black. The test shows the black cartridge is fine. I have done the print head alignment and it still bill not print in black

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

I don't recall . Does it not do it automatically?

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

  1. On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon .

  2. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Printer Maintenance.

  3. Touch Clean Printhead, and then touch Continue.

    A test page prints.
