I need to scan to computer?? tells me to install Epson Event Manger software?? shouldnt that be with my printer?

Technician's Assistant: Is there an error code on your Epson printer when you try to scan?

No just that message to install

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

Well this is a new printer for me, i have the CD and thought it was installed to scan
