I have moved and want to set up my Epson XP-830 for wireless connection to my Mac computer.
JA: How long has this been going on with your XP-830?
Customer: I just moved into a new home and want to reconnect my printer to my computer wirelessly.
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on your model
Customer: It's been in a box for a couple of months or more.

I don't know what to do to get it connected. Since I just moved in the Epson manual is not available since I haven't opened all the boxes and don't know where it is.

Ok, there are two things, we first do the initial step

On the printer go to the setup, wireless settings, then choose to do a wifi setup

Connect it to your new wifi network

Not Auto, you need to do the option to do wireless setup.

I have watched the film and done as it said. A print out says the "network is working properly." However it also says there are multiple SSIDs. Also says, "router /access point channel conflict".
Bot***** *****ne is that printer does not print what I ask it to.

Can you remove the power to the wifi router please, then wait 5 minutes, connect the power and try to connect it up again.
