I'm trying to get it set up. I just bought it. Plugged in, ink and paper in; want to set up. Went on setup online. Says one step closer, clink continue. Nothing happens. Continue is so light can hardly read. I just want my printer on. I'm not a computer whiz but nobody cares

I just bought it. Am setting it up. tried to get it set up online about an hour ago. Still trying to get it setup online.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

I have not but if you mean from Windows 8 to 10; months ago it updated.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

No I just want my printer to work. I have things to do. Sometime this year.

A program called Teamviewer will start downloading to your computer (it does not open a webpage, a blank screen will show but the file is downloading to your computer).

Run the TeamviewerQS.exe download and it shows you an ID and Password.

Give me the ID and Password here please so I can connect

Do not close the program but leave it open else I will not be able to connect

Example:

How? There is nothing here for me to push run on. and I don't see teamviewer up anywhere now. It was here and I clicked on run. It has gone away not. I'll be glad to startup teamviewer if I knew where to look for it.

I have clicked on run; I got the small window asking if I wanted to make changes to app, I clicked Yes.

I told you I hit run, I hit yes on the app window; Again, the ID is###-##-#### the Password ***** ***** What else is there for me to do. I do not see Teamviewer up anywhere now that I have clicked run. What the hell. Do I have to BUY Teamviewer now. This is getting to be an extorsion racket.

Everytime we close the window, Teamviewer generates a new password.
