I am using an HP Laser Jet 1536dnf MFP and after I scan a document, I cannot save the scanned file to my computer

Technician's Assistant: Is there an error code on your LaserJet when you try to scan?

No error code

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

I tried a few minutes ago, but i received the indication that the driver software was up to date
