I have been unable...

I have been unable to connect my printer since I changed my password ***** Xfinity. I have spent about 3 hours using a trouble shooter and everything seems to be working, but printer won't print.

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?

Wirelessly. It tells me it's "offline".

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

Today. I updated drivers today. Is there a specific update for driver software? I'm not aware of this.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

No. Just can't connect. Thank you.
