I get the following message on my HP Office pro 8600 plus..

I get the following...

I get the following message on my HP Office pro 8600 plus.. There is a problem with the printer or ink system. I turn off, unpluge, repluge, turn back on... this did not work. There is NO CODE for trouble shooting. It does say " general printer error" My name is*****: How are you connecting to your HP printer: wirelessly or by USB?

You can remove your printhead an clean it manually. The intake ports or the inkjets may be clogged with dried ink. I can give you instructions on how to do this.

Cleaning your printhead may not solve the problem, because your printhead may be damaged. If you want to save yourself the trouble, you can purchase a new printhead for your printer online.
