my Epsom 3880 is about 2 years old. When something is sent to print, it pulls the paper from the pack but then stops and goes no further. Any suggestions? Henry Weaver

All you should do it click on the blue link above then you are taken to a web page. scroll down and click to agree and then the session will start... If you are doing this and nothing happens, look for any messages that might indicate you was blocked from your antivirus.... If so, temp disable your antivirus for the session and put it back afterwards..
