Not sure where we left off. I had a thread going with Dustin and had given control of the PC over to him. I took a phone call. when I returned I was on your web page with what looked like another expert (Kartik). Turns out he was another user like myself not a support person. I don't know where we are now. My issue is not solved. Can I get help?
