Trouble with double printing with my canon MG3100

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer or device are you printing from?

MAC OS High Sierra Ver 10.13.2

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Pixma?

About a week and I have cleaned the heads, replace the cartridges. It followed a hugh paper jam

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on your model

Couple weeks I suppose
