I am getting error code0x9a on my wf-2660

Technician's Assistant: Is your printer displaying the error on all print jobs, even after you restart it?

It will not print or do anything even after i restart it juts keeps the error message on the screen

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

That error code indicates a carriage fault meaning there is a piece of paper/cardboard/staples etc in your printer inside that is causing it to get stuck. Can I have you check to see if there is any pieces of scrap located in the printer causing it to get stuck? Let me know on the findings.

Okay, let's go ahead and try this then:

Unplug power at the wall outlet
Wait 5 minutes
Press and hold the power/on button for 60+ seconds
Keep holding while plugging back in, and for another 60 seconds after, then release
