I have a Pixma...

I have a Pixma Pro 10. It does not print pictures as I see them on my computer screen. They are always darker then what I have adjusted in my editing program.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer or device are you printing from?

Lenovo, using a Nikon based program NX2

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Pixma?

Since I purchased it

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

I did it when I set it up, maybe 6-8 months ago.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

This is the only problem. I really like the printer .
