How do I set-up my Brother HL-5340D printer on my computer?

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer or device are you printing from?

An HP with windows 10

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your HL-5340D?

Since the computer crashed a few months ago.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

I'm not sure but I took the computer to Staples and they got a flash drive that supposedly fixed the computer buy none of my two printers work on it now.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
