Have Canon mg6150 6C10...

Have Canon mg6150 6C10 error. Ceaning the square plastic to the right of ink-holder and removing ink from the foamfilled absorber gives no result.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer or device are you printing from?

Computer: Stationary Toshiba-Siemens. Printer: Canon mg6150.

A week 10 days

Running Win10. Update about a week ago.
