Um let me check. i'm updating all my drivers in my computer right now to make sure that's all good, but hold on, i'll check

My router and stuff come from xfinity. I tried connecting wifi, but its like its not picking anything up. I don't know. so lost with this

Press Menu on the printer.

Press up or down arrow and choose Network. Then press OK.

Press up or down arrow and choose Network Reset. Then press OK.

Press 1 two times for Yes to confirm the changes.

Before you start connecting your Brother printer, please make sure you meet the following requirements.

  • You have a Wi-Fi wireless network available.
  • You know the name (SSID) of your Wi-Fi network.
  • You have the password (network key) of your Wi-Fi network

You network settings would be reset.

Go to MENU>NETWORK>SETUP WIZARD.

ENABLE WLAN>YES

Select you WiFi name and enter your password ***** hit OK.

And that should be connected.
