I have a MG6620...

I have a MG6620 scanner and will not scan for some reason. Should it be on document or auto scan? what should settings say. JPEG, auto scan, or 300 dpl?

No.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

I really don't know. It will print but not scan
