Message B200 on MG6120...

Message B200 on MG6120: Printer error has occurred. Unplug power cord and contact the service center. We've unplugged, waited one minute, re-started. Same message on screen now.

Technician's Assistant: Is your MG6120 displaying the error on all print jobs, even after you restart it?

Just checked to find an unexpected job. Deleted. Will try again on something else. Back shortly.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

Nothing recent, I think. Are there automatic notifications when available or do we have to check periodically?

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

Tried to restart with no pending job. Message appears immediately with no job pending. Thanks
