My R1900 printer indicates...

My R1900 printer indicates ink cartridges cannot be recogrnized after being replaced. printer won't clean print heads. can this be easily repaired?

Technician's Assistant: Is this the first time you've had to change the ink for your R1900?

No but it has been unused for some peroid of time

Technician's Assistant: Are you getting any error messages? Are you able to open the lid that covers the cartridges on your printer?

Yes and yes i can open lid

Thanks, ***** ***** but I fixed the problem by replacing every ink cartridge as apparently they had become “stale” due to age. The printer works fine right now
