I have a laptop...

I have a laptop computer less than a year old and 3 months ago the battery failed .I have tried to get a replacement battery and with little success .the laptop sn # is cnd7184x3b and the battery no ishstnn-lb7v . if i ran my company like this i would not have one . a battery should not fail in a year. maybe i should have went with apple.

I want a batter for my laptop.

I and my wife have tried several.

Hello I apologize for the trouble you are having with the battery for your laptop. Were you previously not able to get a replacement battery at all? Or did it not work?
